I started this blog so my daughters could find all of our family favourite recipes in one place. It has actually grown into more than just the family favourites but also other recipes we've tried out in our kitchen. I don't like to fill up the post with alot of chatter. Sometimes there's a little story to tell, but usually I like to get right to the point. So this is for them, but hope you find some recipes that you like as well. I'll be sharing a lot of recipes, and along the way you'll find some crafty things and maybe some helpful hints too! Welcome!

Citrus Yogurt Salmon

This salmon is bursting with citrus flavour and pairs well with a simple salad for dinner on a hot summer evening.
Ingredients:
4 frozen pink salmon fillets
2 tbsps plain yogurt
2 tbsps orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
zest from 1/2 an orange
2 tbsps avocado oil
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2-1 tsp minced garlic

Combine all the ingredients and pour over the frozen fillets. Leave to marinate in the fridge 2-3 hours or 1 hour on the counter.
Grill on medium-high heat for 11-13 minutes, turning once.
And they're ready!
Serves 4
