I started this blog so my daughters could find all of our family favourite recipes in one place. It has actually grown into more than just the family favourites but also other recipes we've tried out in our kitchen. I don't like to fill up the post with alot of chatter. Sometimes there's a little story to tell, but usually I like to get right to the point. So this is for them, but hope you find some recipes that you like as well. I'll be sharing a lot of recipes, and along the way you'll find some crafty things and maybe some helpful hints too! Welcome!

Easy No Bake Oat Krispie Squares

When a  chocolate craving hits there's no time to waste!
Ingredients:

1  1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup butter or coconut oil
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup oats

Place chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey and butter in a large bowl. Microwave on high 2 minutes.

Stir well then add the oats. Once well combined then fold in the rice krispies.

Spread in a parchment lined 8 X 8" pan with the back of a spoon and chill 2-3 hours.


Lift the parchment out of the pan and cut into 25 squares.


Keep refrigerated if they don't all go in one sitting!
Craving satisfied!
