I started this blog so my daughters could find all of our family favourite recipes in one place. It has actually grown into more than just the family favourites but also other recipes we've tried out in our kitchen. I don't like to fill up the post with alot of chatter. Sometimes there's a little story to tell, but usually I like to get right to the point. So this is for them, but hope you find some recipes that you like as well. I'll be sharing a lot of recipes, and along the way you'll find some crafty things and maybe some helpful hints too! Welcome!

Blueberry Muffins

 Tender cake like muffins loaded with juicy blueberries. 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 tsps baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

1/3 cup milk, or more as needed

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 10 medium cup muffin tin with paper liners. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Pour vegetable oil into a measuring cup, add the egg and enough milk to measure 1 cup in total. Stir to combine. Pour wet into dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Fold in blueberries. Ladle batter into prepared muffin cups and bake at 400°F for 20-22 minutes. Makes 10 medium muffins
