I started this blog so my daughters could find all of our family favourite recipes in one place. It has actually grown into more than just the family favourites but also other recipes we've tried out in our kitchen. I don't like to fill up the post with alot of chatter. Sometimes there's a little story to tell, but usually I like to get right to the point. So this is for them, but hope you find some recipes that you like as well. I'll be sharing a lot of recipes, and along the way you'll find some crafty things and maybe some helpful hints too! Welcome!

White Chocolate Grinch Fudge

Even the grinchiest grinch's heart will grow 3 sizes when they try this fudge♥♥♥

Ingredients:

16 oz white chocolate, roughly chopped
1 - 300 ml can sweetened condensed milk
green food colouring
30 red candy hearts

Microwave the chopped chocolate for 2 minutes on high, stirring every 30 seconds until almost completely melted. Then stir until the last little lumps melt.

Add the condensed milk.

Finally add the food colouring. When I opened my green colour I found it had turned rubbery, ugh, but luckily blue and yellow makes green!

Line a 9" baking pan with parchment paper. A little oil won't hurt either as I had a bit of trouble taking the fudge off the plain parchment.

Pour the fudge into the pan and place the candy hearts on top.

Chill 4 hours then cut into squares. Clean your knife with hot water and wipe off every few times for cleaner cuts.

“Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before! What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more!”
― Dr. Seuss, How the Grinch Stole Christmas!
