Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsps butter
2 small onions, finely chopped
2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
28 oz can pears (drain, reserve liquid and dice)
8 cups chicken broth
2 tsps fresh thyme
1 serving cup plain Greek yogurt and fresh thyme to garnish
